Attention current 6th or 7th grade students! We would love you to consider joining the PPS band for the 2024-2025 school year. If you are interested in learning how to play an instrument and joining an award winning program, be on the lookout for information from Dr. West! There is no experience required! Are you interested in being part of the Pirates Unplugged Broadcasting team or the Yearbook Staff next year? If you are a current 6th or 7th grade student, there will be an informational meeting for anyone interested in being part of the 24-25 yearbook staff OR the Pirates Unplugged broadcasting team on Thursday, April 25th from 2:30-3:45pm. Come learn all about being part of yearbook or broadcasting. Once you hear all about these awesome electives, you can decide if you want to apply for either team! If you would like to come to the meeting, mark you calendars and sign up outside of Mrs. Wakefield’s classroom door before Tuesday, April 23rd. *Please note: If you are currently in band or plan to be in band, you cannot apply since band will be your elective.
