     My name is Lee Waters and I am very excited to be teaching your child this year at Phillips Prep.  I was born in Anchorage, Alaska, but grew up in Mobile.  I have been married for 18 years to a wonderful man named, Corby Waters.  We have two children, Morgan and Canon.  Morgan and Canon have graduated from Phillips and now attend Baker High School. Morgan is a senior this year so we will be exploring a new phase in our family where she will soon be off to college.  As a family, we enjoy camping out in a tent at different lakes or campgrounds.  We bring our boat and do a lot of swimming, fishing, and knee-boarding.  My husband and son are avid fishers, so we also spend a great deal of time in the Gulf or in the Bay.

     As a young lady, I played volleyball, softball, basketball, cheered, and ran track.  Running is a hobby that I have done off and on since I was in the sixth grade.  Other hobbies include: step aerobics, weightlifting, and walking.
